In every step in production our laboratory staff monitors and checks a large percentage of our production. Our lab is quite complete - having a variety of testers and computerized control equipment that allow a comprehensive control.
We watch for humidity control, fused fibers, out of spec cutting, long fibers, etc. so that we assure that it runs smoothly in your company.
When we ship each container, we will send you electronically a photo of the container empty, being loaded, fully loaded and with seals and container number. In addition we will send you a complete unloading protocol that will give you a complete idea of your order, packing list, quality control sheets and more !!!
